Mesma rua da FGV! Localização super cômoda e segura em Botafogo. Muito perto do metrô, supermercado e academia na mesma rua, estação de bike de aluguel a 2 minutos, todo tipo de comercio ao redor, uma quadra da praia de botafogo / aterro do flamengo. Porteiro 24 horas.
Cozinha completa, geladeira, sala ampla, maquina de lavar, televisão na sala, internet.
O quarto tem ar condicionado e ventilador de teto, cadeira de escritório, cama de casal confortável, armário e uma bancada para estudo. WiFi de 100 MB funciona bem na casa toda e tem cabo pra ligar diretamente se precisar.
Um dos quartos está alugado para uma brasileira, por longo prazo, que trabalha presencial. Moro no outro, mas viajo a trabalho com frequência: no ano passado fiquei fora 3 meses do ano.
Buscamos mais uma pessoa, exclusivamente do sexo feminino, para o outro quarto, que esteja na cidade para estudar ou trabalhar e tenha uma rotina regrada. O valor é para uma pessoa, não estou aceitando casais.
** Importante - Como vamos conviver no mesmo espaço, mesmo que não seja todo o dia, busco gente responsável, positiva, que trabalhe em horário comercial (mesmo se for de casa), sendo um plus se tiver interesses em comum. O ambiente é não fumante, incluindo seu próprio quarto e isso não é negociável.

Just across the street from FGV. Very convenient and safe apartment in Botafogo. Very close to Flamengo metro station, big supermarket and gym at the same street. All kind of shops all around, one block from botafogo beach / aterro park. 24hrs doorman.
Full featured kitchen, big living room with TV and sofas, washing machine, 100MB internet connection with wifi or cable.
I live in the apartment, but I travel often and work at home most of the time. Spent 3 months aways in 2024.
The other room is rented long term for a girl that works in a external place. Mine can also be rented to others, but I´m always carefully selecting who will be living. I´m trying to have responsable people with a routine and long term plans.
The price is for single person. Couples might be accepted under negotiation.
I'm fluent in english and spanish. Work with media / internet / photography / cycling and can work remotly. So it's not rare to see me travelling for weeks. I'm easygoing and love to enjoy what Rio can offer. I do relate very well with foreing people.
** Important - Although I travel eventually, me and other flatmates can still be living together. So I'm looking for people that is positive, responsable, works in regular hours (even If it´s from home) and would be nice to have commom interests. So, when messaging me please tell me If you coming to work or study, which area of interest and other things you like. If you give your social network contacts, even better.
