Mandatory cleaning, included in the rent once a month.

No unauthorized visitors allowed.
It is essential that the person renting is calm and quiet because many people work from home in the community.
Note: The house belongs to the cat 🐈⬛. I have a black cat named Feijão and he rules everything; if you are allergic to cats, don't even try it; if you aren't, he'll rule you too 😁

Obs: A casa é do gato 🐈⬛. Tenho um gato preto chamado feijão e ele manda em tudo, se você tem alergia a gatos nem se aventure, se você não tem, ele vai mandar em você também 😁
